Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver all UK & Ireland orders within 2 working days, from time of purchase (up to 4pm). Orders to Western Europe will take 3 working days. All other Countries may vary. Orders are dispatched in a timely manner and delivered via traceable courier service. All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in Waterford City, Ireland.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must first contact our customer services department by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your intention to return the goods purchased, your personal details, order number, and the date of the order. You will receive an email in return where one of our agents will provide you with a returns authorisation code. This code is valid for 14 days and must be shown clearly on the label of the goods and any documentation being returned.
Goods sent back (after the expiry of the statutory distance selling cooling off period), without prior returns authorisation will be returned to you, along with the cost of delivery charged. We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit. You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only.
Note; As a result of our efforts towards excellent customer service & consumer satisfaction, returns are a rare occurrence.
Once the goods are returned to us as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in the original box and packaging, including all accessories and are all in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount, less the cost of delivery.
Goods that are returned as NEW and UNDAMAGED, and in original box and packaging, but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – less the delivery charges and cost of accessories.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to refund you in a timely manner once we receive the returned goods. However, it can take a few days to transfer into your account as it is processed by the banks’ system.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
